Gain Notes for Revolution 284
	
JEM-X1: A completely ordinary revolution that is interrupted by an unscheduled
switch-off towards the end of the revolution. Gain smoothing is fine. All data 
from this revolution should be useable. First two data points on each data set
are the  pre-switch on with High Voltage 3 steps below its nominal value. 
The unplanned switch-off demonstrates clearly the effect of fast relaxation
(microstrip plate charging) which causes a drop in gain when the High Voltage
is switched on again as the charge distribution again finds its equilibrium
configuration.
