Gain Notes for Revolution 289
	
A completely ordinary revolution. Gain smoothing is fine. All data from this
revolution should be useable. First two data 
points on each data set are the pre-switch on with High Voltage 3 steps below 
its nominal value. Interestingly, the different sources show somewhat different
relaxation effects, with fast (gain decay) and slow (gain increase) relaxation 
appearing in varying amounts from source to source.
