Gain Calibration Notes for Rev. 369
	
Relatively little noise and no large glitches. The rise
at the beginning of the revolution is due to ion motion in the microstrip plate
that occurs after the switch on of the high voltage to the plate. After
IJD=2121.0 we see another increase in gain due to the switch on of JEM-X2 in
preparation for the engineering observation during the OMC flat-field. When
JEM-X2 is switched on it heats up JEM-X1 (from about 22 deg. to  28 deg.), 
and vice versa, causing an increase
in gain. JEM-X2 has been switched off so as to keep JEM-X1 cool, and hopefully,
decrease the rate of aging of the active unit.
