Activation of JEM-X2 in preparation for Crab calibration with old selection criteria.

Memory image version 4.0 was loaded directly, producing many OEMs as the number of patch

commands exceeded the limit of 150 patches stored in the DPE. However, the image was loaded correctly,

but the image itself was not the desired configuration. Data produced with this configuration are not valid.

Memory was then loaded from image 4.1.
