JEM-X DV variations to test electronic efficiency with Crab on axis
PID 79: DV=69 (nominal), 6 ks duration
PID 81: DV=67 (2 below nominal), 6 ks duration
PID 83: DV=65 (4 below nominal), 6 ks duration
PID 80 and 82 are used to adjust DV setting and gain settleing
JEM-X diagnostic test in PID 84 and 85 (half events are taken with nominal VC and half with VC 16 above nominal
PID 53-77: 5x5 wide dither is performed on Crab with VC=112 (normal)
PID 86-110: 5x5 wide dither is performed on Crab with VC=128 (16 above normal)
